Offer 'Dodged': Change of Plans for Holland
Malcolm Holland
Posted Jun 29, 2011

BroncoCountry has learned that Malcolm Holland, a late addition to the Boise State recruiting class has chosen to go a different direction and join the LA Dodgers Baseball Organization. Holland, a speedy return man and CB, was drafted by the Dodgers in the 33rd round, #1,004 overall in the 2011 MLB Draft.

Malcolm Holland didn't sign on LOI day this past February, but 2 weeks after the big day he tripped to Boise State and signed an Letter of Intent with the Broncos, at that time calling it an honor to be offered by the Broncos.

However after a stellar senior Baseballs eason, Holland was drafted right out of HS into the Dodgers organization and the allure of the Major Leagues proved to be too much to ignore for the speedy Second Baseman. wishes Malcolm success as he embarks on his baseball journey with the Dodgers.
