ATHLON SPORTS NAMES BOISE STATE NO. 18 IN PRESEASON TOP 25 POLL

Athlon Sports, publisher of America's Premier Sports Annuals, is releasing its preseason Top 25 at www.athlonsports.com. Boise State checks in at No. 18.

Athlon Sports predicts Boise State to finish first in the WAC.

OL Daryn Colledge is named a preseason Second-Team All-American and First-Team All-WAC.

QB Jared Zabransky, RB Lee Marks, TE Derek Schouman, DL Andrew Browning, DL Alex Guerrero, LB, Korey Hall, and P Kyle Stringer are named preseason First-Team All-WAC.

WR Drisan James, OL Tad Miller, DL Mike Williams, DB Cam Hall, and PR Austin Smith are named preseason Second-Team All-WAC.

Boise State’s quarterbacks and defensive line are rated No. 1 in the WAC

Boise State’s running backs and offensive line are rated No. 2 in the WAC.

Boise State’s recruiting class is rated No. 1 in the WAC.

WR Jeremy Childs is rated as the No. 1 incoming freshman in the WAC.

QB Kyle Seevers is rated as the No. 2 incoming freshman in the WAC.

Magazines will hit newsstands on June 7. The WAC regional edition cover will feature QB Jared Zabransky.
