The Bronco Express rolls on. The seventh top home streak in the nation is intact as the Boise State women's basketball team downed San Jose State 74-65 tonight to remain in first place in the WAC. Sophomore center Ja'Lara Walker was superb with 21 points and a school record 23 rebounds. | |||

Ja’Lara Walker had one of the best games by a Bronco basketball player (male or female) in school history as Boise State held off San Jose State 74-65 tonight in Taco Bell Arena. Walker, a sophomore, scored 21 points and dominated the
boards with a school record 23 rebounds to lead Coach Gordy Presnell’s team to
their 12th consecutive victory and 15th straight at
home. The Lady Broncos won their 20th
game of the season (20-6) for the second straight year and enabled Boise State
to become just the 20th school since 1980 to join the Guard Natalie White had a superb game for the Spartans with
27 as their only player in double figures.
