Boise State's attention focuses on Utah State. The Aggies are much improved this season, especially on their home turf. Logan will be the site for a nationally-televised game with the Broncos this Friday night.

After celebrating last week's victory, it's time for the Boise State Broncos to focus and prepare for their road trip to Logan, Utah where they face the Utah State Aggies in front of yet another nationally-televised audience.

Boise State enters their 16th meeting against the Aggies with an 11-4 all-time record.  The last match-up ended in a lopsided 49-14 Bronco win on the blue turf in Boise.  Utah State currently holds onto a fifth-place ranking in the Western Athletic Conference with a 2-4 conference record and sit at 3-7 overall.  As ESPN makes it's way to Logan for the first time ever, the Aggies will be hosting their highest-ranked opponent since a #6 Oregon crew came to town in 2001.

The 2009 Utah State Aggies are led by first-year head coach Gary Andersen (3-7), who replaced Brent Guy after a dismal 9-38 record over the last four seasons.  Andersen began his coaching journey in 1988 as offensive coordinator at Southeastern Louisiana before stints with Ricks College, Idaho State, Park City High School, Northern Arizona, Southern Utah, and University of Utah.  He spent five years as the Utah defensive line and special teams coach and another four years as defensive coordinator before moving from Salt Lake City to Logan where he accepted the role of head coach at Utah State.
