Fans flocked into Taco Bell Arena to watch the NCAA Selection Show live and it didn't take long to find out Boise State's scenario. The Broncos played Louisville the last time they were in the NCAA Tournament and once again it's Boise State vs. Louisville this time around! The Western Athletic Conference Champion Boise State basketball team will face off against #3 seed Louisville in the first round of the NCAA National Basketball Tournament. CBS Sports made the announcement live this afternoon in front of excited Bronco fans at Taco Bell Arena. Boise State drew the #4 seed in the East region, in which the #1 team in the country (North Carolina) is located. Ironically, the Broncos played Louisville in the 1994 NCAA Tournament. The Broncos and Cardinals will battle Friday in Birmingham, Alabama. Game times will be announced shortly--stay tuned to BroncoCountry for game and travel information and analysis of the Louisville team. Bronco fans are thrilled with the matchup and the bracket that they are in and can't wait for Boise State to take the floor to see how they match up against one of the true basketball heavyweights.
