| Biography: |
Former Head Coach at Willamette who joined the Bronco coaching staff as Asst. Coach, TE's Coach, and Special Teams Coach with then new Bronco Head Coach Dirk Koetter, (Now with Arizona State).
Hawkins led the Broncos in his first season to a 8-4 record, and followed that up with a 12-1 record and the Broncos first ever National Ranking as they ended the season ranked #12 in the ESPN/Coaches Poll, and #15 in the AP poll. The Broncos also captured their first win over a BCS team with a victory over Iowa State in the hometown Humanitarian Bowl on ESPN. |
